What made you decide to join Raytec?: When I wanted to do a job of making machines, I was introduced by a friend of the office staff, and decided to join the company because it was possible to work even if I had no experience.
What is your current work?: Mainly assembly and processing work.
Please tell us about an episode in your work that made you happy or gave you a sense of accomplishment.: There are not many jobs I can do yet, but I feel a great sense of accomplishment when the machine is assembled.
What is your impression of working at Raytec?: I can easily ask questions that I do not understand, and I do not have a hard time going to work at this very homey company.
What are your future goals?: First of all, I would like to be able to handle repairs and modifications by myself and the ultimate goal is to be entrusted with the design and contribute to the company.
Do you have a message for those who are currently seeking employment?: It is a difficult job with a lot to learn, but it is a job that you can devote yourself to so much that the day ends in a blink of an eye. I think it is perfect for those who want to do a rewarding job.

What made you decide to join Raytec?: I like assembling machines and decided to join the company.
What is your current work?: Machine design, machine assembly, sewing machine adjustment, electric wiring, etc.
Please tell us about an episode in your work that made you happy or gave you a sense of accomplishment.: A few years after the machine was delivered, I was very happy when the customer told me that the machine was in good condition.
What is your impression of working at Raytec?: When I was in charge of sewing machine maintenance before, I felt the depth of the machine again. Since our company handles a wide variety of machines, I gain new experiences every time and lead to my own growth. Also, all coworkers are nice people and there are many opportunities to communicate and share information smoothly. They listen to my opinions and challenge me, which gives me a sense of responsibility.
What are your future goals?: Eventually, I would like to meet with customers and handle everything from design to delivery. I would also like to try robot teaching as a new challenge.
Do you have a message for those who are currently seeking employment?: Unlike other companies, I welcome applications from those who have a spirit of challenge as they can experience various things.

What made you decide to join Raytec?: The company is close to my home and there seemed to be no bothersome female mess. I heard that there was no office staff before, so you can think for yourself and make it easier to do!.
What is your current work?: Office work such as issuing delivery slips and invoices.
Please tell us about an episode in your work that made you happy or gave you a sense of accomplishment.: The excel forms you created are useful~! Thanks for your help~! When these are heard.
What is your impression of working at Raytec?: It is really easy to work with no jerks. At-home workplace. This word fits perfectly! The machines being manufactured are also amazing and interesting to watch.
What are your future goals?: I would like to help our employees with detailed research and other tasks to save them as much time as possible. I hope I can do something to improve the efficiency of the work so that unnecessary expenses can be reduced.
Do you have a message for those who are currently seeking employment?: I do not know about design, but I think it must be a really fun and rewarding job for those who love manufacturing machines.
